Description
As Junior BIM Specialist at KUBUS you will join our Customer Succes Team, BIMcollab Support, which currently consists of 6 professionals with many years of knowledge and experience with BIM. This team provides advice and support to our customers in the orientation, implementation and use of our software. In addition, the team is closely involved in the sales process and the development of our products.
Due to our openBIM mindset and a great number of integrations, knowledge of other BIM software can also be found across our team. As Junior BIM Specialist you offer support to our customers in the implementation and use of our software. You give (live) support to both starting and experienced users. You ensure that they can be successful with our solutions and get the most out of our software. Your focus is on helping our existing users. You use your knowledge and experience with BIM software to help others become better at their jobs.
You do this by contributing in support (mail, chat). But also, by making instructional videos, making courses and creating content for our online knowledge base.
You also play a role in the further development of our software. The wishes and needs of our customers are very important when developing content for new versions. Your feedback serves as input for the product owners of our software.

Job requirements
What do you need for this?
- A relevant education, for example in the direction of Building Engineering or Architecture.
- Some experience with BIM within the designing and/or executing construction.
- Knowledge of one or more BIM and IFC software (Archicad, BIMcollab, Solibri, Revit etc.).
- A strong desire to develop further in BIM.
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge and helping others in their work.
- Good mastery of English. (Required).
