Job description

To strengthen our sales team we are looking for a driven, commercially strong and enthusiastic accountmanager. Do you love talking to prospects in German? Are you an experienced sales professional? Does German feel like a second language to you, or are you a native German-speaker? Then we are looking for you!


We believe that the design and construction can be done faster, more effective and with a higher quality. With this goal in mind, we develop advanced software for BIM (Building Information Modeling). Through BIM, the various parties in the building process can collaborate more effectively. All the building’s information is integrated into a 3D-(data)model which is used from design to maintenance.

With BIMcollab, the world’s first cloud-based issue management platform for BIM and including ZOOM Pro for model validation, we are the market leader. Furthermore, we are the exclusive distributor in the Netherlands and Belgium of leading BIM-software such as ARCHICAD and Solibri.

The role of accountmanager new business Germany

As account manager new business at KUBUS, you will be the first point of contact for both customers and prospects. The telephone will be your primary tool. Your challenge is to introduce BIMcollab to organizations who embrace BIM or are getting ready to do so. You will do this by chasing leads over the phone who have been identified by our marketing channels as well as those you have pro-actively found within specified segments or countries. Providing short live demonstrations of our cloud services via the web can help you with this. Most important is a pro-active approach towards the market. We will give you the space to build a network of current and potential clients, should you not have these already. You can then utilize this network to generate new leads for yourself as well as for your colleagues.

We put a lot of emphasis on customer friendliness as well as customer satisfaction. You contribute to an consultative sales process where you think with our customers and advise on the best solutions. With our internal training program we will prepare you for the challenges ahead. How high you set the bar and how fast you grow will be up to you!


Your Profile

  • A bachelors and/or masters degree, for instance in business or technology.
  • Sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Affinity with BIM is a big plus.
  • Experience within (civil) engineering and/or software development is preferred but affinity is just as important.
  • Excellent commercial and communicative skills in English and German.
  • You love talking to prospects and giving online presentations.
  • You are result driven and a self starter.
