We believe that the design and construction can be done faster, more effective and with a higher quality. For this purpose we develop advanced software for BIM(Building Information Modeling). Through BIM, the various parties in the building process can collaborate more effectively. All of the building’s information is integrated into a single 3D-(data)model which is used from design to maintenance.

With BIMcollab, the world’s first cloud based issue management platform for BIM and including ZOOM Pro for model validation, we are the market leader. Furthermore we are the exclusive distributor in the Netherlands and Belgium of leading BIM-software such as ARCHICAD and Solibri Solibri Model Checker.

To strengthen our sales team we are looking for a driven, commercially strong and enthusiastic account manager new business who is able to both convince and advise prospects over the phone. Are you an account manager who knows how to get things done? Then we are looking for you!

The role of account manager new business

As an account manager new business at KUBUS, you will be the first point of contact for both customers and prospects. The telephone will be your primary tool. Your challenge is to introduce BIMcollab to organizations who embrace BIM or are getting ready to do so. You will do this by chasing leads over the phone who have been identified by our marketing channels as well as those you have pro-actively found within specified segments or countries. Providing short live demonstrations of our cloud services via the web can help you with this.

Most important is a pro-active approach towards the market. We shall give you the space to build a network of current and potential clients, should you not have these already. You can then utilize this network to generate new leads for yourself as well as for your colleagues.

We put a lot of emphasis on customer friendliness as well as customer satisfaction. As an account manager at KUBUS you will therefore be tasked with consultative selling. You contribute to an advising sales process where you think with our customers and advise them the best solutions. We shall make sure that, through a solid internal training, you learn about our products so that you will be well prepared for the challenges ahead.

As a commercial talent it will be up to you how far you raise the bar and how quickly you grow. You will receive all the space and opportunities needed to develop yourself as a sales professional.


Your Profile

  • A bachelors and/or masters degree, for instance, from a completed technical or commercial program.
  • Sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with 3D modeling software is a plus.
  • Experience in civil engineering and/or software development is preferred but affinity is just as important.
  • You have excellent commercial and communicative skills in English and preferably also in Spanish or German.
  • You are result driven and a self starter.
