To be of even more service to our customers, we are looking for a driven, commercially strong and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative. You love talking to both our customers and prospects, in English, German, Spanish, Portuguese and/or French. The more languages you know, the better! Are you a commercial jack of all trades who knows how to tackle things and do you speak at least three of those languages? Then we are looking for you!

The role of inside sales representative

As Inside Sales Representative you support our Account Managers with answering frequently asked questions from customers and you play a central role in the international sales team BIMcollab. The questions are often of a commercial nature, such as explaining how to place (online) orders, the processing of orders, or the independent preparation of quotations and order confirmations. Also, part of the job is arranging coördination with the backoffice for the processing of special orders or the scheduling of (online) appointments and the creative search for solutions for special customer requirements. You are therefore often the first point of contact for our customers and prospects so that our Account Managers have the time to deal with more complex commercial projects. It also comes naturally for you to pick up a phone and join the sales team to tackle some campaign lists together and reach out to prospects.

You are part of an advisory sales process in which you think along with our customers and advise on the best solution. We ensure that you get to know our products through internal training so that you are well prepared. As a commercial administrative talent, you decide for yourself where the bar is and how fast you will continue to grow. What do you need for this?

  • At least an Intermediate vocational education
  • Experience in a B2B environment and you are comfortable in an organization where the primary language is English.
  • Excellent commercial and communicative skills in English and two of the following languages: German, Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French.
  • You are result driven and a self starter but also a real team-player.
