Job description
We are expanding our product-team and are looking for an enthusiastic Product Owner to help drive the development of our BIMcollab model Webviewer.
Who are we?
KUBUS has been supplying the architecture and construction industries with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software since 1992, from design software to tools for model checking, issue management and document management. With BIMcollab, our flagship product suite, we are the market leader in BIM quality management, while stimulating BIM-based collaboration throughout the whole lifecycle of buildings or infrastructure. Our platform enables users to create and use a Digital Twin that becomes the single source of truth, from design and construction to management and maintenance.
We empower users to create and maintain high-quality buildings that are circular, energy efficient, and offer a safe environment. Enabling more sustainable decisions to be made from design to construction and then repurpose these materials during demolition. In our internal operations, we strive to be CO2 neutral. For example, the headquarters is virtually carbon-neutral and KUBUS offsets all CO2 emissions by planting new trees in cooperation with Trees For All, of which we are a forest partner.
About your role
You will be responsible for defining the product vision, creating a roadmap, and guiding the SCRUM teams to deliver features that align with our goals. You will work closely with your SCRUM team, as well as stakeholders from various clients and internal departments.

What will you do?
- Take ownership of maximizing the value being added to our BIM-Model Webviewer
- Making our Webviewer successful by beating the market in performance and ease of use
- Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Work closely with SCRUM teams and product designers to ensure clear understanding of the product requirements.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and market trends.
Job requirements
What will make you successful in this role
- Multiple years of work experience in a product owner or similar role.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies and SCRUM.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience in the construction or BIM industry is a plus.
