We are expanding our product team and are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Product Manager to help drive the development of our BIMcollab platform.
Who are we?
KUBUS has been supplying the architecture and construction industries with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software since 1992, from design software to tools for model checking, issue management and document management. With BIMcollab, our flagship product suite, we are the market leader in BIM quality control with modelchecking and issuemanagement, stimulating BIM-based collaboration throughout the whole lifecycle of buildings or infrastructure. Our platform enables users to create and use a Digital Twin that becomes the single source of truth, from design and construction to management and maintenance.

About your role
You will shape the product strategy, with a focus on accelerating Product Led Growth together with the other Product Manager who has his focus on improving BIM processes in our solutions. You drive strategic research, integrate customer feedback and market insights based on principles of Product Discovery, and use data analysis to understand user behaviors and pain points to identify opportunities. Your primary goal is to optimize the success of our Freemium offering to grow our self-serviced, no-touch sales segment. You define and measure success and implement product metrics for data driven decisions. You will report to the CEO who is currently acting Head of Product.

Key responsibilities
- Develop a product strategy to maximize the success of our Freemium offering, to drive Product Led Growth and self-serviced sales.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach both across our existing customer base as well as to explore opportunities to reach new customers.
- Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap, managing trade-offs, and ensuring alignment with business goals, market trends, and customer needs
- Define and measure success, by identifying key product metrics and using data to guide decision-making and track progress against objectives.
- Coach, manage and mentor Product Owners to help them define strategy and sprint-goals to deliver outcomes and improve their craft.
Job requirements
What will make you successful in this role
- 4+ years of work experience in a Senior/Group Product Manager role, where you were responsible for multiple product teams and managing other Product Owners.
- Additional 6+ years of work experience in product-teams with SaaS-based products.
- Multiple years of experience with PLG and PD in SaaS environment.
- Strong connection and experience with UX designers for optimized PLG flows.
- Deep knowledge of product management best practices and the ability to in develop, mentor and grow other Product Owners and UX designers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience in the construction or BIM industry is a plus.
