Senior Digital Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and budgets.
• Develop and implement targeted campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation and nurturing through the sales funnel.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels together with our marketing team, by using channels/strategies like SEO, SEM, website, email marketing, social media and content marketing. You are able to execute one or more of these channels yourself too.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to create compelling out of the box campaigns, content and marketing materials.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and inform stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to keep our digital marketing efforts ahead of the curve.

About the team and your role

As a Senior Digital Marketer, you'll join our experienced Marketing Team of 14 professionals, each with their own specialization. Our primary focus is on lead generation, but we also dedicate time to branding and customer marketing to achieve our goals.

It is your job to lead creative and innovative campaigns and projects within the agreed deadlines and budgets. To launch campaigns and manage digital projects, you'll closely collaborate with Consultants, Sales, and other marketers from the team – teamwork is necessary for success. You are a strategic thinker, yet you also enjoy getting hands-on when needed.

For example, the headquarters is virtually carbon-neutral and KUBUS offsets all CO2 emissions by planting new trees in cooperation with Trees For All, of which we are a forest partner.

• A salary of €4.609 and €5.761 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.
